Fireworks must be attended while the establishment is unlocked.
Handling of fireworks must be restricted until the transaction is complete unless the products meet TDG (Transportation of Dangerous Goods) Compliant Packaging.
ID and Age verify all customers who look like they may be underage.u00a0 You must be 18 to purchase fireworks and show a valid government-issued ID.
All sales of 150 kg or more must be recorded.u00a0 These records must be kept for 2 years.
Each transaction should include a safety sheet, to remind the customer to read the instructions for each firework and teach them how to light the fireworks safely.
