Now that we know the rules for ALL F.1 Consumer Fireworks, lets take a closer look at the extra regulations for Non-aerial and Aerial products. The rules are the same, in that if you have the correct type of packaging that meets the standards under the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act then they are safe be on a shelf, displayed for sale in the same manner as an Non-aerial consumer packs in cellophane packaging.
