A user who holds a licence must store their consumer fireworks in the magazine specified in the licence.
Storage — unlicensed user
355 (2)
A user who does not hold a licence must store their consumer fireworks in a dwelling or a *storage unit and ensure that the requirements of sections 356 and 357 are met. * Terms preceded by an asterisk are defined in section 6.

Licenced User

If a user has a magazine licence (Vendor or Use) they may store their products in their magazine based on the permissions of that licence.
Unlicenced User
355 (2)
An individual that doesn’t hold a Magazine Licence can store purchased fireworks only in their home, garage or a storage unit. They must also follow the allowed maximum quantities for the location they store it in.
(Perhaps we can put a table here with dwelling 10kg storage unit 1000kg with no dwelling or 100kg w/ a dwelling)
