Sales Establishment (Your Store)
The first thing we need to do is see if you meet all the legal requirements to sell fireworks in your store. Your store may be permanent or temporary in nature, but be sure to check your municipal bylaws to be sure you’re following local regulations.
341 (1) The sales establishment of a retailer who does not hold a licence may be permanent (located in a permanent structure) or temporary (located in a tent, trailer or other temporary shelter).
